When should I reserve?

This question is asked quite frequently. There is not an ideal moment to book your package, but the earlier you call, the better. During the summer and on Saturdays, the booking rate is higher, so it is preferable to call us as soon as your plans are fixed. This allows us to offer a quality service, by enabling us to organize our days well in advance.

Weather conditions

Rain, snow or shine, we go down! Even if it is a sunny day or a rainy one, you will be wet one way or another! No refund will be made due to weather conditions. The equipment provided will ensure your comfort during your activity.

Latecomers

For those who arrive late and miss their departure, their deposits are not refundable.

Cancellation policies

We understand that your plans may change and we will try to accommodate you in the best way we can.

1 to 9 people

• A notice 72 hours prior to your booking is required to have your deposit refunded, minus 10$ per person for management fees. If you cancel less than 72 hours before your trip, no refund is possible.
• For a cancellation within 24 to 72 hours prior to your booking, we will try to move your reservation to a later date.

10 people or more

• A notice 7 days in advance is required to get a refund of your deposit, minus 10$ per person for management fees.
• For a cancellation within 72 hours prior to your booking, we will try to move your reservation to a later date.

Private or corporate group

• According to the agreement terms upon your booking
