What to bring

The following equipment is included for all packages:

• 3 or 5 mm neoprene wetsuit, depending on weather
• Neoprene boots
• Neoprene coat or nylon anorak
• Helmet
• Life jacket
• Paddle

We suggest you bring the following items with you:

• Bathing suit (to put underneath your wetsuit)
• Towel
• Sunscreen
• Soap and shampoo (showers available on site)
• Dry clothes
• If you wear glasses, we recommend you bring a string to attach them

During a rainy or chilly day, we suggest you bring these additional items :

• Wool socks
• Top and bottom base layers (wool, fleece or synthetic fibre)
• Warm sweater (wool, fleece, polyester)
• Thin tuque
• Wool gloves or dishwashing gloves

Note : These clothes will keep you warm even when wet.

Avoid all cotton clothing. Unlike other fibers, cotton does not keep you warm when wet.
