Jacques-Cartier River
The Jacques-Cartier River takes its source in the Jacques-Cartier Lake at “L’Étape” in the Laurentians Park.
It runs 177km to the St-Lawrence River near Donnacona. Four sections of this river make up the daily fare of New Wave Expeditions.
Rapids Classification
The rapids classification system is universal. Clients of New Wave Expeditions will experience rapids of category 1 to 4,
according to the season and the selected package.
